Cancellation & Refunds
- More than 23 hours before the scheduled pickup time: Cancellations made more than 23 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund of the deposit, with no cancellation fee.
- Within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time: Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- Any applicable administrative, booking, or service fees may be non-refundable where applicable.
No-Shows
If the customer does not arrive for the scheduled pickup and does not notify us in advance, the reservation will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Weather & Force Majeure
If a rental cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the customer’s or our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, we may offer a partial or full refund, credit, or alternative arrangement depending on the circumstances. Refunds for such events will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rental vehicles. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and other smoking products. If smoking is detected in a vehicle, a cleaning and/or odor-removal fee will be charged to the customer. Additional charges may apply if the vehicle requires specialized cleaning or restoration.
By making a reservation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the cancellation, refund, no-show, weather/force majeure, and vehicle-use policies outlined above.
